CROVE — SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver across Pakistan to residential and commercial addresses, including homes and workplaces.

Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • 5–7 working days under normal conditions
  • 7–10 working days during sales or high-demand periods

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to order verification processes. Orders paid online are subject to a fraud verification check before processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Kindly check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

A flat shipping fee of:

PKR 249 + PKR 1 (FBR POS fee)

is applied to all orders within Pakistan.

 

COURIER PARTNERS
  1. We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  2. The courier is selected based on your location and shipment type.
  3. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will contact you for confirmation
  • Your order will be re-attempted up to two times
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to CROVE

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery at the provided shipping address.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled upon request before processing

For COD orders, our team will attempt up to two confirmation calls

  • If unresponsive, the order may be cancelled

 

CROVE reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete contact details
  • Verification issues or technical errors
