CROVE — EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

CROVE does not offer cash refunds.

  1. We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase provided the item is returned in its original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
  2. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
  3. Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery for online orders.
  4. If a claim is approved a store credit or coupon of equal value will be issued redeemable exclusively online.
  5. Items purchased during promotions or sales will be exchanged at the current price, not the original purchase price.
  6. Accessories and select items including fragrances, jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses and belts are not eligible for exchange.
  7. Exchange processing may take 1–2 weeks depending on inspection and logistics.
  8. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance may be required to confirm the order.

You may request an exchange within 10 days using one of the following options:

Return Shipment Collection From Home

Our courier partner will collect and deliver your exchange from your doorstep.

Service Fee: PKR 250

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact Number

Please attach a clear picture of the product, showing tags attached and original condition.

A second exchange request will incur a fee of PKR 500.

 

Self Shipment

Send the item via a traceable courier service (e.g. TCS, Leopards) with:

  • Original receipt
  • Tags attached
  • Original packaging
