How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days, and 7–10 working days during sales or peak periods.

How much is the shipping cost?

A flat rate of PKR 249 + PKR 1 (FBR fee) is applied nationwide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier will re-attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

Do you offer refunds?

No, CROVE does not offer cash refunds. We only provide exchanges or store credit.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, with tags attached and original packaging.

How do I choose the right size?

Will the product look exactly like the images?

We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
